Employers Play a Vital Part
Businesses such as yours provide a valuable service for UNT students by providing them income opportunities to help cover their college and living expenses. Your company also will help students develop good work habits that will stay with them throughout their professional careers. You may even improve your community by helping students stay in college. Students' academic success and ability to remain in college are linked to meaningful involvements while enrolled in school.
How the Career Center Can Help
The Career Center at the University of North Texas offers a range of services to assist your company in meeting its part-time employment needs:
- Services are free.
- You can list a job with us by phone, mail or fax. Positions are typically posted for two weeks. We would be happy to post longer at your request.
- You have access to quality job applicants.
- You can fill your full-time career positions with students hired through our service. Many companies keep our students on after they've graduated because they're pleased with the quality of their work.
- You can contact our office to sponsor a table in the University Union, on a day of your choosing, to provide information, set up interviews, etc. Please contact our office at least one week prior to the date you wish to reserve.
- The Career Center conducts two part-time job fairs per year. One in the fall and one in the spring. This is a great opportunity to recruit many students at once.
- Opportunities are available for your involvement in, and sponsorship of, UNT events.
From a Student's Perspective
While most students say that they enjoy working and receive personal fulfillment from their work, there are more concrete reasons they choose employment, including:

How to Post Your Off Campus Position
List a Position with our Office
If you are currently registered with Eagle Network, you may post your position through your Eagle Network account.
If you are not registered with Eagle Network, you will need to
- Set up an Eagle Network account for your company.
- We will provide you with a user name/password for accessing your account.
