OCI Schedules
When you have a position(s) that you are going to fill, and have plenty of lead time, please be aware that you can post your job and conduct an "On-Campus" Interview schedule. This will allow you to look at qualified candidates for your position and select the ones that fit your company and position. This process lets you choose the students you want to interview and the students then sign up in the available time slots that fit their schedule. The whole process is handled online and is very convenient for busy recruiters. This gives you the opportunity to hire the best students now and they will start their career with you upon graduation.
Employers can set up a schedule for On-Campus Interviewing by simply clicking on the "On-Campus Interview Request Form" below and emailing the completed form to dbridges@unt.edu or by calling our office (940) 565-2705 and providing the Scheduling Coordinator with the same information (i.e. date of interview, hours, numbers of rooms needed, length of interview, information session, etc.).
Our online system has a pre-set schedule that requires a five week minimum lead-time. Recruiters will be able to handle all of the postings, management of the event and pre-select online. UNT follows a typical fall, spring and summer interviewing calendar (pdf).
SOS Schedules
If you do not have time to go through a full five-week lead time, then take advantage of this flexible option. This has the same benefits as On-Campus Interviewing; however you would not run your schedule through our online system. Instead you would search a resume book for candidates that fit your criteria, contact them directly and schedule the interviews yourself. The interviews would be held in the Career Center suite.
