The Eagle Network system, powered by CSO Interfase, is the UNT online recruitment system that can be used to post part-time, internship/co-op or full-time employment available to UNT students and alumni. Businesses of all kinds and sizes can post opportunities at no cost to the employer.

Create an account on the Eagle Network system by following these easy steps:

  1. Click on the Eagle Network link at the top of this web site.
  2. Click "Employer Login" and select "Click here to register!"
  3. Type the name of your organization/company in the 'Find Your Organization' search field.
    • If your organization/company name is listed, check the box next to your organization/company name and click the Continue button.
    • If your organization/company name is NOT listed, click "Can't Find Your Organization" to complete a new registration.
  4. Follow the prompts to create an account. You will be emailed within 48 hours verifying that your account has been approved.

Tips for maximizing the exposure of your employment posting:

  1. The more complete information you can provide in your job posting typically is better. Postings that include more detail about job responsibilities, qualifications and pay tend to attract more attention from UNT students and alumni.
  2. You can repost old job postings easily. In fact, 'refreshing' job posting dates for positions that are posted for several weeks can re-direct candidates' attention.
  3. Consider expanding the academic majors for which you seek. Each UNT student acquires transferable skills as a part of his/her academic training. For more information about other majors that may provide a good fit to your job posting, start by consulting the student resource, What Can I Do with My Major, and contact the Career Center via email or call at (940) 565-2705 for suggestions.
  4. Let us know if you are not receiving the response you'd like from your posting! We have a few tricks or strategies up our sleeves that help to increase your posting's exposure including our resume book service.

Resume Books

A resume book is a collection of student and/or alumni resumes sent to you via email that meet the qualifications of your job. Students and alumni post a resume on the Eagle Network with the understanding that we send it to employers when appropriate. You can select a group of resumes by majors, GPA and graduation dates. The employer is then free to contact students they are interested in to schedule an interview time. As our students and alumni are not always aware when their company is sent to an employer, please be sure to identify yourself when making contact with the students, "Hello. I am with [insert name of company]. I received your resume from the UNT Career Center because you meet my qualifications."
