On day one, you will be a valued part of our IT team, trusted to make changes to code that directly impact the solutions used by our employees as well as customers, while gaining deep technical knowledge in full life-cycle product development. On Your First Day, We’ll Expect You To Have

• • Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science / Software Engineering or a related technical field and are graduating by June 2022.
  • Experience with Java, Python, C, C++, or other related object-oriented programming languages
  • Passion for collaborating with colleagues to build technical solutions to solve hard problems

It’s Great, But Not Required, If You

• • A real passion for software engineering, as demonstrated by previous internships, work experience, projects, or publications
  • Deep understanding of data structures, in particular how they are implemented and how to apply them to solve problems
  • Familiarity with application of common design patterns

We’re dedicated to agile methodology and are big believers in ‘lean’ (which means we don’t do documentation for documentation’s sake). We know the importance of validating assumptions about users and use various types of testing to figure out whether we’re right (or wrong).
