We are looking for an exceptional Clinical Fellow to treat pediatric patients in a home health setting. We have openings across the DFW metroplex so you can treat near your home!
We have a Mentor Program for Clinical Fellows to connect you with other CFs via gatherings, Zooms, and shadowing opportunities as part of your ongoing training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer evaluations, analyze results of evaluating assessments, and report findings in a timely manner
- Formulate plan of care and set long-term and short-term goals for prescription of services for clients
- Track and record client progression and mastery of goals; observes and records client’s progress, attitudes, and behaviors, while maintaining confidentiality per HIPPA regulation and ethical standards
- Accept clinical assignments that are consistent with education and competence to provide excellent care for patients
- Provide appropriate plan, treatment, and evaluation for speech, language, and cognitive disorders with appropriate tests and measurements. Maintain pertinent records of specific tests performed and progress made
- Educate patient/family concerning patient deficits, ways to facilitate communication, and appropriate discharge plans through family members
- Guide and educate family members and caregivers
- Use effective interpersonal relations and communication skills; facilitate the use of these skills with other team members to achieve desirable outcomes
- Participate in staff meetings and in-service education. Maintain CEU requirements as applicable per licensure
- Promote agency philosophy and follow administrative policies to ensure quality of care
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- License from the State of Texas in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence from American Speech Language Hearing Association
- Valid Texas Driver’s License
- CPR Certification
- Pediatric Experience Required
