We’re looking for dynamic Human Resources interns to provide the opportunity to gain a tremendous amount of knowledge of the company, our products and how we recruit, maintain and take care of our amazing team members.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
Our ten-week summer internship is an excellent opportunity to bring talent into the organization and expose our interns to Hilti as a future employer. Interns typically work full time during the summer on value-added projects that are relevant to their education and drive Hilti’s business. Individuals who complete an internship will be considered for a full-time position upon graduation.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:
- Are in pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, MBA or similar background
- Graduate in Fall 2021 or Spring 2022
- Possess strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Are results-driven and proactive and able to achieve targets
- Have secure communication and presentation skills
- Proven your ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Are highly organized and detail-oriented
- Are eligible to work in the US permanently without sponsorship
