A Follow Up Coordinator conducts telephone interviews with patients or their caregivers following patient discharge from treatment in order to gather health information. They contact client hospitals regarding patient comments about satisfaction or ongoing clinical concerns as appropriate. All while meeting performance targets for volume and quality of completion and documenting call activity.
This position is slated to last approximately 6 months. The work schedule is M-F; 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., in our South Lewisville office.
Applicant must be organize, with significant attention to detail; competent in Microsoft Word and Excel. Have excellent interpersonal/customer service skills. We require excellent attendance and punctuality. Spanish/English Bi-lingual is preferred.
This position pays $16 per hour.
