THE TEAM

The Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) team is part of the broader Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) function. We evaluate and mitigate risk from external vendors, supporting the safety and resilience of global operations. We partner with stakeholders across cybersecurity, legal, compliance, privacy, and the business to manage risks that impact Live Nation’s fans, artists, and employees.

 

THE ROLE

As a Third-Party Risk Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in vendor risk management within a fast-paced entertainment environment. You’ll help process vendor intake requests, update team tools and documentation, and work closely with key team members on projects supporting risk, compliance, and data quality efforts. This is a part-time, U.S.-based internship ideal for individuals passionate about risk and operations who want to build skills and make an impact.

 

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Monitor the third-party intake queue and manage Zendesk tickets
  • Assign analysts or loop in team members as needed
  • Update Asana projects and BAU task boards
  • QA and clean up entries in ProcessUnity
  • Analyze records and identify trends
  • Help with documentation using tools like Scribe
  • Support risk awareness and stakeholder comms initiatives
  • Assist with visual dashboards, data entry, and research
  • Join team meetings and contribute to ad hoc projects

 

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING: 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in cybersecurity, compliance, risk, or live entertainment
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Experience with tools like Excel, Asana, or Zendesk is a plus
  • Curiosity, a collaborative spirit, and a problem-solving mindset
  • Availability of up to 30 hours/week, ideally starting 6–7 a.m. ET
  • Must be enrolled in a college program or pursuing acareer in Risk Management
