Salary Range: Based on experience
As an Office Manager, you will have the opportunity to support the creation of OxeFit’s advanced strength training system by improving office flows, collaborating with internal departments, providing input for strength training, and generating excitement surrounding fitness technology with the career potential to move into a variety of different areas. The ideal candidate is a curious self-starter who is passionate about exercise science and motivated to further the industry.
Essential Functions:
- Represent the OxeFit brand by demonstrating a positive and vibrant demeanor
- Manage OxeFit’s Studio calendar, schedule live and virtual demonstrations, and liaise with a variety of fitness clients and special guests
- Provide input into strength training and conditioning programs
- Manage office inventory
- Track and distribute all packages, mail, company property, and other administrative items
- Provide excellent customer service when taking office phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Act as a liaison between multiple departments, vendors, office guests, and work with fitness coaches
- Assist in the employee onboarding process (validating parking permits, distributing access fobs, etc.)
- Coordinate corporate office events, lunches, and special meetings
- Manage and execute all company travel requests and Finance requests
- Executive Assistant to the CEO
- Other duties as needed by company Leadership
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, Health and Exercise Science, Personal Health, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in an office management or administrative role
- Experience managing social media accounts
