Assists Director of Communications/Marketing in planning, development, and creation of promotional videos as part of the organization’s marketing, communications and public relations strategies in support of UWDC community impact and resource development efforts. Specific assignments/roles may be assigned in any of the following areas (depending on schedule and tenure):
- Photo & Video Documentation
- Video Compilation and Editing
As needed, Marketing, Communications & Public Relations Interns may also be assigned to work collaboratively with multiple departments on projects or events that benefit the organization as a whole.
Creative, strong communication skills, highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, computer savvy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Premiere Pro (or other editing software), social media and Adobe Creative Suite.
Internship will be remote due to COVID-19 protocols. Intern must have access to computer with video editing software, and consistent wifi.
