Main tasks to be performed in this position will be assisting with maintaining the department website, including creating new content. Other tasks will include working with our imaging system to scan documents, verify data, and quality check scans as well as clerical tasks including data entry, word processing and general office assistance.
Must have the following skills:
– Excellent organizational skills
– Be detail oriented
– Be able to work independently and efficiently in a business office
– Strong knowledge of computers, Internet and computer applications (Word, Excel, HTML).
– General office skills
– Excellent spelling skills
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Experience creating websites
– Experience using Drupal
– Experience with HTML, CSS coding
