Unpaid Internship Scholarship
The UNT Career Center is offering scholarships in the form of stipends for undergraduate students participating in unpaid internships. The intention of the scholarship is to encourage and support experiential learning opportunities that help students prepare for their careers.
Scholarships:
Recipients will receive scholarships in the form of a stipend of up to $750.00. The number of awards and dollar amounts will be based on available program funds and demonstrated student interest and need.

Disbursement of Funds:
Selected recipients will receive funding in two equal disbursements: half upon selection and the other half at the end of the semester.
Post-Internship Letter:
Prior to receiving the second half of the scholarship disbursement, recipients will be required to submit a letter describing what you learned from your internship and how this internship will help advance your career goals. You will also be required to write a one-page (12 point text, 1” margins, double-spaced) description of your internship and your internship site to be shared with students.
