Caliber Home Loans

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) – ERGs have existed for over 30 years and play an important role in bringing employees together to pursue common goals. Caliber ERGs are aligned with our company’s mission and provide a community that fosters diversity, equality and inclusion. These groups offer support for career growth opportunities, contribute to personal and professional development and are open to all employees.

  • BOLD – BOLD is our ERG dedicated to both people of African descent and all other people of color. It’s open to all team members.
  • DREAM – Membership in the Developing, Recruiting, Empowering, Advocating for and Mentoring women (DREAM) ERG is open to all team members!
  • Military Veterans Resource Group – The Military Veterans Resource Group (MVRG) develops programs that support those that have served or are serving our country.
  • PRIDE – Join our LGBTQ+ ERG! The Promoting Respect, Inclusion, Diversity and Equity (PRIDE) group is open to all interested team members.

Message from Carolyn Kindle Betz, President, Enterprise Holdings Foundation:

In June, we committed to doing more. More to combat racism, discrimination and injustice.

Today, after thoughtful feedback from employees across the world, the Enterprise Holdings Foundation is excited to contribute to that call for meaningful action by introducing a new five-year, $55 million commitment to organizations that advance social and racial equity in our communities around the world.

The new initiative, Enterprise Holdings ROAD Forward, will support the increase of Respect, Opportunity, Achievement and Diversity (ROAD) for youth and families by addressing three social and racial equity gaps in need of urgent attention: early childhood development, youth health and wellness, and career and college preparation.

In conjunction with the ROAD Forward initiative, we are also pledging an additional $65 million into Enterprise Fill Your Tank, a program launched in 2016 to address food insecurity.

Diversity, inclusion and strengthening communities where we operate have been part of our guiding principles for more than 60 years. We’re incredibly excited to build on that strong foundation with this new initiative aimed at bringing real, lasting change to our communities.  And we hope you are too!

Our Talking About Race site provides external sources to increase understanding and empathy. We have panel discussions and roundtables, so that we can hear stories and learn from each other. We want our employees to engage and make a commitment to be part of the change.
