Introduction to Diversity in the Workplace is a roundtable with representatives from recruiting organizations. The presentation is open to all majors and is part of the Ryan College of Business Professional Development program. Panelists will provide advice by employers to students about professional development as it relates to diversity, equity, and inclusion. They will provide tips for students and new graduates to research and conduct inquiries into DEI within the workplace. Panelists will discuss strategies for new professionals to take advantage of existing DEI support services within organizations and strategies for personal advocacy as a new professional.
