The Career Center strives to equip students and alumni with the confidence, clarity, and skills needed to define success on their own terms. We believe career readiness is an evolving process, and we are committed to helping individuals navigate choices, adapt to change, and pursue meaningful opportunities throughout their lives.

Design and deliver high‑quality career services to UNT students and alumni through collaboration with campus, local, and global partnerships. Our mission focuses on action and impact. The Career Center designs inclusive, accessible, and high‑quality career services that support exploration, preparation, and achievement. Through strong partnerships across campus and with employers and organizations at the local, regional, and global levels, we connect students and alumni to opportunities, experiences, and guidance that support lifelong career success.
