Connect with UNT Talent Through Career Events

The Career Center provides multiple opportunities for organizations to engage with talented students and graduates in formats that best support their recruiting needs. Companies are invited to participate in our industry‑focused networking events and major career fairs held each semester.

For companies that would like to register or make a payment for the career fairs or networking events listed below, please do so through Handshake. You might also need access to UNT’s W-9.

Explore the Event Title links below to find out more and register for the event.

Employer Frequently Asked Questions

How can I sign up for a Career Fair?

Employers should visit Handshake to sign up for Career Fairs. Handshake is the recruiting management systems which UNT uses for their career services. Employers will need to be connected to UNT through their company profile. For further questions on this contact Angela.Bone@unt.edu.

What is included with Career Fair registration for employers?

Description of the event on Handshake will include a list of booths and tables. Employers will be sent parking and event information one week before each event.

As an employer, how can I help UNT International students who want to work for my company?

UNT recognizes that some employers cannot hire international students. However, due to the large international population of our student body, we will always encourage employers to consider the benefits of widening your applicant pool by including international students. UNT has an International Student and Scholar Services office that can be a helpful partner in educating students through this complicated process.

Is there a place where I can interview possible candidates after attending a UNT Career Fair?

Yes, the Career Center has multiple suites in Sage Hall (which is right next to the Union on the Denton Campus). We encourage interview dates which are not on Career Fair days due to staffing concerns. View the On-Campus Interview page to learn more about interviewing on campus.

What are the registration fees for your career fairs, and how can I pay?

Our registration fees differ by event, according to the expected employer/student attendance and the partnerships we have with departments across campus. Payment is made by check sent to the Career Center or online through Handshake by credit card. To learn more about previous attendance numbers and our registration fee breakdown, please email Angela.Bone@unt.edu.
