Graduate Assistant for the Wilson Jones Career Center
Hello everyone! I’m currently pursuing a graduate degree in Business Analytics at UNT, with a long-term goal of working in the financial services industry. I also have a background in sales and marketing, which helps me stay adaptable in a dynamic career landscape.
When I’m not working or studying, you’ll find me at the gym, relaxing at home, reading (I’m working on making it a habit), or enjoying time with friends. I also enjoy playing chess and watching UFC.
I’ve been a Graduate Assistant at the Wilson Jones Career Center since August 2024. I find it incredibly rewarding to work directly with students and support their professional development. Every day, I learn more by engaging with both students and our dedicated team.
Feel free to drop by or schedule an appointment to visit us at the Business Leadership Building, Room 195. We look forward to seeing you!
Student Assistant for the Wilson Jones Career Center
Hi everyone! My name is Abby and I am a Junior majoring in Marketing. I am hoping to study abroad in Europe, and I am a member of Women In Business here at UNT. In the future, I hope to be a Market Research Analyst, a Social Media Manager or a Digital Marketer, a Project Specialist, a Media Planner, or even a Brand Manager.
In my free time I love to read books, cook good food, make art, and spend time with the people I love. If you are ever in need of a good book recommendation, you can never go wrong with anything written by Taylor Jenkins Reid!
I have been the Student Assistant at the Wilson Jones Career Center since February 2024, and my favorite part of my job is being able to help and learn from my peers and being able to watch them succeed. Being part of the Wilson Jones Career Center team has helped me learn many new skills and quite a bit of confidence too. I love being able to help anyone that comes into our office, and I can’t wait to help assist you! Come by and see us in BLB 195 anytime!

Top 5 Clifton Strengths:
Hey y’all! My name is Rylee, and I am a sophomore majoring in Human Resource Management. I was honored on the President’s List my freshman year. In the future, I hope to be a Director of Human Resources or Recruiter.
In my free time, I read books, listen to Taylor Swift and watch TV. The best piece of advice I’ve ever received is “If whatever you are going through won’t matter in five years, don’t spend more than five minutes on it.”
I have been a Peer Ambassador since August 2023. My favorite part of working in the Wilson Jones Career Center is meeting students and learning about their accomplishments and seeing my amazing team every day. Being a Peer Ambassador has helped me consider which section of HR I want to be in, practice networking with employers, and explore a business environment. In this position, I want to help students see that they have already achieved so much in their lives. Come see me in our new location on the first floor of the Business Leadership Building!

Hi, I’m Diyah. I am a Freshman majoring in International Studies with a concerntration in Business and Economics. I am hoping to have a Foreign Affairs Director career in a business or technology-based company! I am currently involved with Women in Business. I was awarded the Emerald Eagles Scholarship.
In my free time, I enjoy learning foreign languages, drawing, and listening to music. The best advice I have ever received was that you must be committed to your craft to get the desired outcome.
I have been working at the Career center since the Fall of 2023. My favorite part of working in the Wilson Jones Career Center is that I can learn from my peers and apply my gained knowledge to my future goals. I am consistently functioning as a student leader who serves fellow students. Being a peer ambassador has allowed me to truly become observant and learn skills that I did not emphasize before. This has assisted with my business development. In this position, I would like to assist students with their employment evolution and ensure their success whilst here at the University of North Texas. Come see me anytime at drop-in hours!
