GENERAL INTERNSHIP REQUIREMENTS FOR RYAN COLLEGE OF BUSINESS

  • Declared major in the Ryan College of Business
  • Must be in good academic standing
  • Must be eligible for upper level/professional field courses
  • Internship must be reported in Handshake via Experience Request
  • Satisfy departmental internship course prerequisites and requirements

Marketing

    • Declared major in the Ryan College of Business
    • In good academic standing
    • Eligible for upper level/professional field courses
    • Completion of MKTG 3650

  • When is the best time to search for an internship and start my internship work?
    • We recommend starting your internship search when enrolled in MKTG 3650. In most cases students will have obtained an internship by the time they have completed this prerequisite course and can start the next semester.
    • We recommend interning after completing MKTG 3650 and during the junior year.

Professional Selling

  • All Professional Selling majors are required to complete an Internship as part of their degree program.
  • Academic Requirements:
    • Declared major in the Ryan College of Business
    • In good academic standing
    • Eligible for upper level/professional field courses
